Selling a Home                               

Listing a home for sale is the highest honor a seller can bestow on me.



Entrusting me with the sale of what in most instances is the seller’s largest  asset is a responsibility I take very seriously. Working in tandem with my administrative coordinator, Bill Vierling, marketing of the home is our number one priority and nothing about the process is left to cha nce. Many sell a home only once or twice in their lives so are not familiar with the process. My role is to represent the seller in every facet of the transaction and anticipate all the things that can happen and do what I can to keep the transaction on course. To that end I am always present and available throughout the process.

As a 30-year resident of the city, I take great pride in knowing all the best features of our very diverse and vibrant neighborhoods. From Andersonville to Ukrainian Village and from the Lake to Edison Park I know my city and would be delighted to help with any real estate needs.
